Cami

My name is Cami and I am a sweet 3 year old, 11.6 lb. Chihuahua mix with the softest coat, perfect for petting and stroking.

I came to Forever Loved after being scooped up from the Pinal county pound.  Everyone thought I was 7 years old until I saw the vet and he said I’m only 3!!  I snuck in to a senior dog rescue and boy am I glad!!

I quickly went to a loving foster home with another pal and we have been living a life of love and luxury.  My foster mom says I am such a sweet girl with great house manners.  I am reliably house trained and I never fight over food or attention.  I really like having another dog around because I can be somewhat shy at first.

I’ve never worn a collar or walked on a leash, so those things are still a bit new to me right now.  I’m actually very happy just hanging around my foster home with a lovely yard to explore. About the only time I bark is when I hear something while I’m out there.  I ride nicely in a car, too.

I have to confess - I’m a bit of a princess and don’t really like going out to potty on a stormy, rainy night, but I am perfect at using potty pads. Other than that, I happily go outside to do my “business”.  

I sleep quietly in my dog bed, and I love to nap on a cozy warm lap.  Could I come try out your lap?? Please apply to meet me, I’m a gem of a darling girl.
