Many pet owners worry about the care of their pets should their pets outlive them. With our Legacy Care program, Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary will care for your furry family members upon your death or should you become incapacitated.

How do I enroll?

Complete pet profile.

FLPS personnel will then visit your home to perform a behavioral evaluation to determine whether your pet(s) are eligible for enrollment in the Legacy Care program.

We will request copies of all veterinarian and vaccination records.

What happens after I enroll?

Annually, FLPS personnel will perform an on-site visit with you and your pet(s) to discuss any changes in your pet’s health, etc. Vaccinations and copies all medical records must be kept current and shared with FLPS.

Legacy Care program with Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary

Our promise to you

Once you enroll in our Legacy Care program, Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary promises to:

Take in up to five (5) domesticated dogs and/or cats*
Provide any needed medical care to each animal
Give them lots of love from our staff and volunteers
Work to find them a new, loving, forever home.

*At least one pet must be a senior, age 7 or older.
