Nandor

Sometimes the most amazing dogs come in spicy packages. Nandor came to us from Maricopa County Animal Control’s e-list.

He had an ulcerated eye, a severely matted coat, and was understandably frightened and confused in a loud and busy shelter.

We addressed his medical needs (eye removal, dental, grooming), and he’s now thriving in a very special foster home.

Our foster is helping Nandor gain confidence (he now jumps up on the ottoman for bagel treats!), learn to swim, and most importantly, let go of any residual anxiety around new people.
