Liz currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations for American Outdoor Brands, Inc. Prior to the company's spin-off in August 2020, Liz was Vice President of parent company Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc., a post she held since May 2005. Liz, who is based in Arizona, is responsible for all investor relations functions including communications with shareholders, security analysts, the financial community, and financial media. She has amassed over 20 years of experience in corporate communications and investor relations, including serving as Vice President of Corporate Relations for Three-Five Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TFS), a multi-national company providing a broad range of electronics manufacturing services. During Liz's tenure, TFS expanded its operations to include several locations in the United States and Europe as well as in Malaysia, China, and the Philippines. At TFS, Liz was responsible for investor relations, public relations, marketing communications, and media relations. Liz is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), and previously served as Director of the NIRI's Arizona Chapter. She received her bachelor’s degree and masters in business administration from Arizona State University.
Liz has long been involved in the Arizona animal rescue community. She served on the board of Arizona Animal Welfare League from 1999 to 2010, including serving as board chair for several years. In 2011, she co-founded SniffAZ, a 501(c)3 dedicated to raising funds for spay-neuter services for under-served communities in the Valley of the Sun -- SniffAZ raised nearly $500,000 with an all-volunteer team.
Liz shares her home with her husband, Todd, and anywhere from four to six rescue pups at any given point in time
