Many pet owners worry about the care of their pets should their pets outlive them. With our Legacy Care program, Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary will care for your furry family members upon your death or should you become incapacitated. Your generous gift also give you the opportunity to change the future for senior dogs.
Once you enroll in our Legacy Care program, Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary promises to:
At least one pet must be a senior, age 7 or older. If you have more than five pets, we will be happy to discuss options with you.
FLPS personnel will then visit your home to perform a behavioral evaluation to determine whether your pet(s) are eligible for enrollment in the Legacy Care program.
We will request copies of all veterinarian and vaccination records.
Annually, FLPS personnel will perform an on-site visit with you and your pet(s) to discuss any changes in your pet’s health, etc. All enrolled pets must be current on all required vaccinations, and you are required to provide copies all medical records to FLPS.
FLPS is a registered 501(c)(3) charity and does not receive any city, state, or federal funding. It is the generosity of people and organizations that make our work possible. We recognize that each contribution represents your trust in our ability to help senior animals, and we are deeply appreciative of all support that we receive.
Rest easy knowing that your pets will receive the love, care, and attention they deserve during their lives, if you are not there for them, by enrolling in Legacy Care.
