Hi!! My name is Rosie, and I want to know if you are looking for a delightful companion, because if you are, I am your girl!!! I am 8 years old, I weigh 20 lbs, and I am a Spaniel/Dachshund mix. I came to Forever Loved from a pretty neglectful home, but I am so resilient, you would never guess.  I’ve had a complete vet exam and dental, so I’m good as new.  Well, maybe I could stand to loose a few pounds, but that’s between us.  I do like treats, and can be a bit picky about eating regular kibble, but when I get hungry enough, I will eat it.  Good nutrition, good care, and lots of love and affection have really brought out the best in me.  I am house trained, I am good on the leash, and I’m good with other dogs. I met kids and was good with them, too.  I enjoy playing tug with the toys that make a crinkly sound, they are my favorites.  Speaking of favorites, I love snuggling next to you and having you pet me.  If you stop, I like to tell you I want more by nudging your hand. Being your companion and little shadow is my joy in life.  I can be talkative, but I also correct really easily when you tell me to stop.  I’m very motivated to please you and be your best friend ever.  Please apply to adopt me - I’m such a good girl, and I want to be yours.
