Mackie & Lollie

Hi there! We are Mackie and Lollie, an adorable bonded pair that can fill your heart and lap with love and snuggles to spare.  We found ourselves at Forever Loved because of a move to assisted living where it was not possible to have kept us both together.  We say, who could separate us?  We love each other and are so good together, and because we weigh less than 12 lbs put together, we bring double the good stuff but not double the work!  

Lollie here - I’m a teeny little pipsqueak Chihuahua gal weighing 4.75 lbs and 9 years old.  I’ve had a full exam and dental and pretty much only have my back teeth.  I feel so much better without the dental disease!  I am very treat motivated, and that definitely helps me make friends with strangers. I can be a bit shy when I don’t know you.  I will let you know when I’m uncomfortable, but when I know you mean me no harm, I will seek you out.  

Mackie here - I am an 11 year old 6.6 lb Terrier male with a hilarious hairdo if you don’t keep me trimmed.  I am a social butterfly and I’ve never met a stranger!  I love love love naps and belly rubs and I am quick to make friends.  I have a playful and curious side, too.  I had a dental, too and with bloodwork coming back good, I am in good shape!  Food motivated, if you’ve got something yummy in your pocket, I’m going to “nose” it out.  

Both of us are house trained and know how to use a doggy door.  If you don’t have a doggy door, don’t worry, we hold it til you take us outside.  We love time out in the yard lounging in the sun, but if you don’t come out with us, we don’t want to be out there either!  Our fosters say that we are quiet, easy going, and have wonderful low energy levels.  We start the evening in our own beds, but soon decide it’s best to snuggle up with each other.  If you sit on the couch or chair, soon you will find one of us on your lap.  Talk about a win-win!  Please apply to meet us!
